Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Congestion Management Specialist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have experience with configure, price, quote (CPQ) solutions and want to leverage their skills to drive business growth.

  • As a key member of our global team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and ensure our systems meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand current and future processes.
  • Collaborate with architects to design scalable CPQ solutions.
  • Document workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Coordinate testing efforts.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
  • Ensure solutions align with business requirements and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • 5+ years working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Certifications are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
