Job Title:

Senior AI Developer

 

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior AI Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI models that drive business value.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large language models that can understand textual data, uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from unstructured information, ultimately solving complex analytical use cases.
  • Utilize sophisticated algorithms and methodologies to refine and improve the performance of AI models, enabling accurate predictions and actionable outputs for critical analytical use cases.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in NLP and LLM models, identifying opportunities to leverage cutting-edge techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address intricate business challenges using LLM models.
  • Define the requirements to build and scale LLM models across our customer base.
  • Develop and deliver AI models, including proof-of-concepts.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making processes and enable us to overcome complex analytical hurdles.
  • Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes in clear and concise terms. Effectively communicate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Educate teams on the concepts, tools, and applications of Generative AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on NLP, Deep learning, and machine learning models, as well as LLMs to solve complex analytical use cases.
  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including various prompt engineering techniques, word embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with other programming languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work on intricate projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their management.
  • Experience with one or more of the following tools and frameworks – LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Assistants API, AutoGen, etc.
