Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary and experienced IT leader to head our technology function. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, technical expertise, and operational excellence to ensure seamless execution of our digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in large-scale IT operations across multi-location organizations. They will possess expertise in software development, app ecosystems, DevOps, and emerging technologies. Strong hands-on knowledge of networking, cloud systems (AWS/Azure), and CCTV cloud monitoring is also required.

Additional key qualifications include a strong command over cybersecurity frameworks (SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, IAM, firewalls, endpoint security, encryption). Vendor and contract management with focus on cost-efficiency and ROI are also essential skills.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required. 10+ years of IT leadership experience (NGO/Non-Profit/Telecom/Enterprise IT background desirable) is also necessary.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience (NGO/Non-Profit/Telecom/Enterprise IT background desirable).
  • Certifications: PMP/PRINCE2 (Project Management), AWS/Azure (Cloud), CISSP/CEH (Cybersecurity) preferred.
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes ecosystems.
