Job Title: Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting and possess strong knowledge of accounting standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and systematic recording of accounting entries, maintaining and reviewing records of invoices, expense bills, receipts from payment gateways, FIRC, etc., conducting ledger scrutiny and finalizing books of accounts, and performing reconciliations for various financial statements.

In addition, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for tracking pending accounts receivable and payable, managing payments and banking systems, reviewing and finalizing financial statements, preparing financial statements and periodic Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, and preparing cash flow statements and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure efficient and effective accounting processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA.
  • Experience with accounting software and technology.
