About the Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduate Interns to join our team at BrahmWorks. This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy working with tools, building prototypes, and solving real-world mechanical challenges.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mechanical assembly and fabrication, working on real projects that contribute to the creation of cutting-edge and complex mechanical systems.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the assembly and fabrication of mechanical parts and systems.
  • Follow technical drawings and instructions for precise builds.
  • Support in troubleshooting mechanical issues during prototyping.
  • Handle tools and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work with vendors for fabrication and component procurement.
  • Contribute to prototype development and quality checks.
  • Support in 3D CAD work and documentation where needed.
  • Procure local components necessary for mechanical assembly and prototyping.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure accurate fabrication of designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Eagerness to engage in hands-on tasks—fabrication, assembly, and testing.
  • Understanding of mechanical components and how things fit together.
  • Ability to follow instructions and stay detail-oriented during builds.
  • Clear communication skills, especially when coordinating with vendors and team members.
