Business Insight Developer Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Insight developer to join our Sales enablement team.
This role will be based in Mumbai, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and deliver business reports, including sales and revenue reporting, performance reporting, and forecasting as requested by stakeholders and leadership.
- Business Support: Provide data requirements for ongoing tenders, RFIs, RFPs, PQQs, ITTs, etc. and adhoc reporting requirements, which may include building new customized reports for the business.
- Sales Enablement: Ensure data in Salesforce is up-to-date to reflect an accurate pipeline, perform data updates and maintenance for existing opportunities in the database, and creation of live dashboards for leadership to view the sales pipeline.
- Education: Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or Management preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a Sales reporting Business intelligence sales operations role.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel knowledge, sales operations CRM tools like Salesforce, BI data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity, innovation, excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills, exceptional customer service focus, good business acumen.
