Test Manager/Senior Executive

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire testing process for multiple trading systems, ensuring seamless integration with processes and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and estimations, manage design, documentation, and execution of test cases, allocate testers, manage defects and bug reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Participate in market simulation activities and internal audit checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least one testing certification from a reputable institute.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing testing activities in the BFSI domain.
  • Direct experience in trading systems is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with trading life cycle and post-trade processes.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of system testing metrics and methodologies for high-availability, low-latency trading systems.
  • Proven data analysis and problem-solving abilities in a critical environment.

Technical Competencies:

  • Detailed knowledge of trading platforms and risk management modules.
  • Technical fluency in programming languages and database systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements.
