Lead Strategic Data Initiatives

We seek an accomplished professional to drive impactful analytics initiatives and partner with global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide a high-performing team in delivering high-quality, timely, and error-free deliverables
  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions using SQL, Tableau, Excel, and other tools
  • Manage offshore delivery and client engagement to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of analytics experience, with 3+ years in people management
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Excel, with hands-on experience in hypothesis testing, MMM, and predictive modeling
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations
  • BFSI domain experience preferred
