Job Summary

We are seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and analyzing credit risk weighted assets (RWA) for corporate exposures under the Basel III Master Circular.

About the Role

The Credit Risk Analyst will analyze Pillar II risks as defined in the Basel III Master Circular, including ICAAP, Stress Testing, and Risk Appetite Setting. This involves documenting methodologies, processes, policies, and work instructions for Pillar I and Pillar II risk measurement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measuring and analyzing RWA for corporate exposures under the Basel III Master Circular;
  • Analyzing Pillar II risks, including ICAAP, Stress Testing, and Risk Appetite Setting;
  • Documenting methodologies, processes, policies, and work instructions for Pillar I and Pillar II risk measurement and reporting;
  • Regulatory and internal reporting of Pillar I and Pillar II risks, including submission of notes and updates to senior management committees;
  • Driving automation for measuring and reporting of Pillar I and Pillar II risks;
  • Risk Analytics – Deriving insights from reported data for sharing with Risk, Credit, and Business teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of credit risk analysis and Basel III regulations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
