Data Officer Position Summary:

ProductLife Group is looking for a skilled professional to join their team as Data Officers (Pharmacovigilance) in Bharatpur, India.

This role requires exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Local Safety Case Management: Process local safety case receipt, processing, and data entry, quality control tracking, and ICSR follow-up for clients according to agreed timelines.
  • Email Management: Manage generic or client-specific email boxes as required.
  • CASE Registration and Coordination: Register, triage, assign, and coordinate vigilance case processing.
  • Reporter Communication: Follow up with local reporters and respond to client and reporter queries.
  • Vigilance Report Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliations to ensure proper handling of vigilance reports for clients.
  • Supporting Local Activities: Support local pharmacovigilance activities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Science-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years' experience in pharmacovigilance, including data entry and QC of cases.
  • Communication Skills: Previous experience working to deadlines and strong client communication skills.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of US and EU PV regulations and pharmaceutical background with understanding of GVP, GCP, FDA, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deep Pharmacovigilance Knowledge: Deep knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles, adverse event reporting, and causality assessment.
