**Job Title:** Senior Cloud Contact Center Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to design and implement scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with 8+ years of experience and 4+ years in contact center technologies.

This role involves integrating Amazon Connect with AWS services and external systems to provide best practices for architecture, security, and cost optimization. The successful candidate will build and enhance call flows, IVR, and omnichannel solutions using AWS Lambda functions, APIs, and automation scripts.

The key responsibilities of this position include leading delivery of Amazon Connect implementations, collaborating with client stakeholders, and supporting legacy contact center migration. Additionally, the candidate will monitor and optimize system performance and call flows for improved customer experience, providing Level 3 support and handling complex troubleshooting.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

Strong development skills in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript for AWS Lambda and APIs, expertise in AWS services (Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, CloudFormation), and familiarity with telephony protocols.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Developer or Amazon Connect certification is preferred. Experience with AI/ML enhancements, CRM integration, and prior consulting or client-facing offshore delivery experience is also beneficial.
