Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories, to captivate audiences.
  • Conceive innovative social media ideas and strategies for various clients, ensuring they align with their objectives.
  • Brief, review, and approve multimedia assets with cross-functional teams, including audio, video, design, and post-production specialists.
  • Guide the design and audio teams on adapting content for different social media channels, ensuring consistency and brand representation.
  • Collaborate with Partner Success Managers and Creative & Strategy Directors to formulate agency briefs and strategies in response to client requirements.
  • Foster a strong, positive presence in online communities by monitoring sentiment, gathering feedback, and reporting on trends.
  • Track key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and growth, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through email or video calls to establish social media authority and build trust.
