Job Summary:
The Administrative Support Specialist role oversees day-to-day operations and human resources activities within an organization. A dynamic individual is required to handle multiple tasks, support business functions, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure proper onboarding processes.
- Manage administrative staff activities for smooth office functioning.
- Process payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, filing systems, and record keeping.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking for administrative operations.
- Manage employee records, performance evaluations, and personal information.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.
- Resolve employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and administration.
