Internship Opportunity: Accelerate the Circular Economy

We are seeking a talented and motivated Process & Research Engineer Intern to join our team.

About the Role:

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, engineering, and strategic decision-making. As a Process & Research Engineer Intern, you will work closely with our R&D team to develop innovative solutions for sustainable manufacturing.

  • Lab Development: Assist in conducting wet lab experiments, including leaching, solvent extraction, and recovery. Support sample preparation, testing, and optimization of hydrometallurgical processes. Analyze yield and purity to improve process outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Record and evaluate data to inform R&D decisions. Contribute to process documentation, SOPs, and experiment summaries. Present insights to internal teams and advisors.
  • Innovation Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming and tech reviews with R&D leadership. Stay updated with recent literature and research to inform development. Contribute ideas in a collaborative environment where initiative is valued.
  • Market Research: Perform basic research on suppliers, equipment, and pricing for raw materials and lab infrastructure. Support vendor outreach and evaluation. Compile actionable findings to support procurement decisions.

The ideal candidate should have experience with simulation software such as ASPEN, DWSIM, etc. They should be analytical, driven, and excited by hands-on learning and experimentation. Organized and clear communication skills are essential.
