We are seeking an exceptional Test Automation Architect to lead our automation strategy and drive innovation in test planning, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create enterprise-wide test automation strategies and roadmaps, ensuring capacity planning and optimization.
  2. Contribute to the design and architecture of automation projects, leveraging expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  3. Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and best practices, leading process improvement efforts.
  4. Lead the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard test automation processes, methodologies, tools, and templates.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement automation strategies and toolkits, ensuring seamless integration with development, QA, and project management.
  6. Mentor junior and senior software quality engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of test automation experience, with at least 8+ years as an automation architect
  • Excellent knowledge of test automation frameworks, agile/lean methodologies, and customer-facing experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to see the test automation architecture as a whole system and drive benefits from its contents
  • Hands-on ability to automate repeated tasks and build test coverage through existing or new infrastructure
  • Able to work effectively in geographically dispersed teams and communicate complex ideas through documentation
  • Experience with AI/ML in automation is an added advantage
