AI Innovator - AI Application Development

Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Application Developer to lead the development and optimization of artificial intelligence applications, focusing on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and fine-tune ASR, TTS, and NLU models for improved accuracy and efficiency.

• Integrate LLMs into conversational workflows to enhance contextual understanding and response generation.

• Evaluate and optimize ASR and TTS engines for accuracy, latency, and user experience.

Technical Expertise
• Strong experience with NLP frameworks (spaCy, Transformers) and deep learning techniques.

• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Design and implement speech analytics solutions for call categorization, tagging, sentiment analysis, and trend analysis.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI application development.
  • Strong background in NLP, computer vision, and machine learning.
  • Experience with LLMs and their integration into conversational workflows.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
