Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with fellow creatives to develop in-depth knowledge of product data, claims, and competition insights
  • Taking ownership of writing projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Developing key skills including collaboration, creativity, and time management
  • Participating in client meetings, presentations, and market research as required
  • Sharing responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding and manage workload to maximize productivity of the creative team
  • Providing written feedback for performance reviews and ongoing feedback on the creative team's performance
  • Leading the creative team in concept development and project execution from conception to completion
  • Demonstrating understanding and appreciation of clients' products and marketing challenges, and being responsive to their needs

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field
  • A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, excellent presentation skills, and ability to manage creative writers
