Content Creator and Communications Specialist

As a Content Creator and Communications Specialist at Zycus, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the learning culture of the organization by crafting engaging learning materials and ensuring effective communication with our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and curate engaging learning content including e-learning modules, training materials, manuals, and guides
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information & translate complex topics into easy-to-understand learning materials across varying topics & skillset themes
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with learning objectives and company values

You will be responsible for designing and executing internal communications plans to promote learning initiatives, internal events, and resources. This includes crafting compelling messages for various platforms such as emails, newsletters, LMS, org-level internal events, and coordinating with stakeholders to gather information and updates, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information related to learning initiatives, org-level internal events, org-level engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or related field, and 0-3 years of experience in content creation, communications, and/ or learning and development. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, iSpring Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen eye for detail are essential. Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories is preferred.
