Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure governance enforcement.
  • Lead the discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API gateway usage across various applications.
  • Govern and consolidate collected information, building a precise inventory of IDP/API usage.
  • Utilize questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods and credential lifecycles.

Job Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT Information Security principles.
  • Strong understanding of IAM control reviews and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in user access administration models for multiple Applications.
  • Good experience in managing application and infrastructure related issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of API credential lifecycle management and governance practices.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5–8 years of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on manual discovery and data gathering.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills, as well as a solid understanding of IDP concepts and API authentication.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop effective solutions. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to drive projects forward and deliver results.

The position requires a high level of technical expertise, including experience with identity management systems, access control models, and security best practices.

The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategic recommendations. They will also be responsible for creating detailed project plans, conducting research, and analyzing complex data sets.
