We are seeking a highly skilled Voice Analyst to join our team. As a Voice Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing the Broker Price Opinion (BPO) process.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the BPO process from start to finish.
  • Communicate with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assign BPO requests to qualified agents.
  • Track progress and ensure assignments are completed on time.
  • Address discrepancies or issues in BPO reports and collaborate with agents to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in International voice processes.
