Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Associate to join our dynamic Payroll Product team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with product management and cross-functional teams to drive the success of our product offerings.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the product development process, contributing to solution discovery, and helping shape our product strategy and roadmap. Your insights and expertise will ensure we deliver solutions that meet customer needs and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR PRODUCT STRATEGY AND ROADMAP
  • COLLECT AND ANALYZE METRICS ON PRODUCT PERFORMANCE TO INFORM DECISION-MAKING
  • CONTRIBUTE TO SOLUTION DISCOVERY THROUGH COLLABORATION WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS
  • PARTICIPATE IN PRODUCT PLANNING SESSIONS AND CONTRIBUTE IDEAS AND INSIGHTS
Requirements:
  • 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERTISE IN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, OR A RELEVANT DOMAIN AREA
  • DEVELOPING KNOWLEDGE LEVEL OF THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE
  • EXPOSURE TO PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE ACTIVITIES INCLUDING DISCOVERY AND REQUIREMENTS DEFINITION
