Job Title:

Manage Credit Risk and Loan Underwriting

Overview:

This role involves the management of Machine Loan credit underwriting, ensuring timely processing of loan files and maintaining high portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Machine Loan credit underwriting, including credit appraisal of loan applications and adherence to defined product/policy guidelines
  • Conduct credit evaluation and risk assessment of loan applications within defined product/policy guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in loan file processing
  • Develop sound knowledge of local market and property nuances to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with Regional Credit Manager on innovative product offerings
  • Review underwriting process and provide training inputs to Credit Managers
  • Manage technical and legal evaluation processes

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of local market and property nuances
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of underwriting process and procedures
