Job Description:

The FP&A Manager oversees financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the GTM organization. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with the COE team, and ensuring timely delivery of accurate financial insights.

Your Impact
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GTM teams supported by the India COE.
  • Manage preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

This position requires:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
