Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced scientific content developer to join our team. As a key member of our medical communications department, you will be responsible for developing high-quality scientific content that meets the needs of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD/MD in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology; MPharm/MSc with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication
  • 7-10 years of experience in writing and reviewing scientific/medical communications for medical affairs or biopharma, preferably in an agency setting
  • Clear, concise scientific writing with strong attention to detail and language skills
  • Strong ability to interpret, evaluate, and present scientific data clearly and concisely
  • Good understanding of biostatistics, MS Office, and literature review, with a keen eye for synthesizing complex information
  • Skilled in developing digital content to enhance scientific publications and support medical communications
  • Excellent communicator adept at simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills within cross-functional and matrix teams
