Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Stibo MDM developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Stibo STEP solutions based on business requirements.

Your primary focus will be on configuring and customizing Stibo STEP modules, including data modeling, workflows, and business rules. You will also develop data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems.

In addition, you will create and maintain data quality rules and validations, design and implement data models within Stibo STEP to support master data domains, define and implement data governance policies and procedures, and ensure data consistency and accuracy across enterprise systems.

You will also design and implement workflows in Stibo STEP to manage data lifecycle and approvals, automate data management processes using Stibo STEP workflows, optimize workflows for performance and efficiency, develop and maintain data integration processes using Stibo STEP Connect and other ETL tools, extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Stibo STEP, monitor and troubleshoot data integration issues, develop and execute test plans and test cases for Stibo STEP solutions, conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure Stibo STEP solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Stibo MDM development.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Stibo Systems' STEP platform.
  • Experience in data modeling, workflow design, and data integration.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
