Job Opportunity:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Palakkad. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients over the phone, managing inquiries, and providing information about our services. Daily tasks will also include maintaining updated client databases, following up on leads, handling outbound and inbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Telecaller will support the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating communication between clients and architects/interior designers.
