Senior Business Intelligence Consultant

Axtella Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing Tableau dashboards that meet the application requirements and business process demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Tableau dashboards that meet the application requirements and business process demands.
  • Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create effective Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and analytics dashboards.
  • Develop reports and dashboards with Tableau Desktop & Server.
  • Connect multiple data sources in Tableau to implement working reports.
  • Write advanced Oracle SQL queries and have a strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models.
  • Have extensive knowledge in various reporting objects and its include Facts, Attributes, Hierarchies, Transformations, filters, prompts, Calculated fields, Sets, Groups, Parameters, Graphs, Forecast etc., in Tableau.
  • Have good knowledge on tableau functions, date, string, numeric etc.
  • Gather and refine requirements.

  • Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment.
  • Demonstrate aptitude in following structured documented procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and problem solve efficiently in required tasks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis.
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop & Server.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL.
  • Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data models.
