**Fund Accounting Specialist - German Language Certification

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Management Fees and Fund Accounting Records: Collaborate with Finance, Billing, and Corporate Accounting Teams to prepare, review, and process Management Fees.
  • Prepare Real Estate month-end and quarterly accounting records for accurate financial reporting.
  • Invoice Processing and Validation: Review and process corporate and fund-related invoices, ensuring VAT treatment and shared mailbox management are handled efficiently.
  • Manage funding requests, cash flow, and communicate effectively with finance and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the asset management team to oversee daily workflows of existing assets, including monitoring cash performance, analyzing asset risks, and managing third-party partnerships.


  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is a mandatory requirement.
  • Fluency in German (Intermediate) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are necessary for success.
  • Hands-on experience with Yardi real estate tools is a plus.
