Job Title: Oracle VBCS and PCS Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced technical professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle VBCS and PCS solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle VBCS and PCS.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, forms, integrations, and reports using Oracle VBCS and PCS.
  • Customize Oracle VBCS and PCS applications to meet specific client requirements, including UI customization, process modeling, and data integration.
  • Integrate Oracle VBCS and PCS with other Oracle and third-party systems using REST APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
  • Configure Oracle VBCS and PCS environments, including security settings, access controls, and application settings, to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Oracle VBCS and PCS applications to ensure quality, reliability, and performance before deployment.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including design documents, user guides, and training materials, to support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle VBCS and PCS solutions.
  • Provide training and support to clients' technical teams and end-users on using and maintaining Oracle VBCS and PCS applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle VBCS and PCS features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle VBCS and PCS, including hands-on development and implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Platform services and architecture.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle PaaS services is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle certifications in VBCS and PCS are highly desirable.
