    3. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  3. Branding & Consistency:
    1. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
    2. Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications.
    3. Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets.
  4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    1. Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals.
    2. Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
    3. Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Visual Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design + web/app UI/UX projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Understanding of UX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours (mandatory).
