Job Title: Senior Software Tester

Overview

As a skilled software tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

  • Translate test cases to automation scripts using C# for GUI/API tests.
  • Adhere to coding standards and guidelines defined for automation.
  • Perform manual testing of web-based applications and web services in a client-server environment.
  • Be proactive in working on both manual and automation testing.
  • Have a good understanding of web-based architecture and manage to debug any web or server error.
  • Understand functional, database, sanity, functional, end-to-end integration, and regression testing independently, adhering to Scrum guidelines.
  • Review code and fix any issues identified in scheduled automation runs.
  • Perform root cause analysis of script failures/logged bugs.
  • Submit and track automation-identified defects.
  • Evaluate and follow up in a timely manner about all blocking issues and deviations from SOPs.
  • Have very good knowledge in SDLC and STLC processes.
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge in automation testing.
  • Good experience in C#.
  • Experience in testing web services and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience in service testing tools like Fiddler, SOAP UI, Postman. Protractor & Playwright.
Requirements
  • Solid knowledge in automation testing.
  • Proactive approach towards work.
  • Understanding of web-based architecture.
  • Knowledge in SDLC and STLC processes.
