Lead AI Researcher

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Researcher to drive new AI technology research, publish periodic AI research papers, and experiment with new AI technologies. This role involves helping democratize new AI technology to the large data science community.

This position requires strong team management and stakeholder engagement skills, experience in delivering large-scale AI/ML projects, and technical expertise in AI/ML technologies including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation, and proficiency with cloud services, Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, and data management.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Agent frameworks, Semantic Search, OCR, and Intelligent Automation, with expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • AI/ML Delivery: Proven experience in AI model development, deployment, and optimization using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Data Science & Analytics: Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and model validation.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with cloud services, Python for AI/ML, DevOps tools, AI frameworks, and data management (SQL/NoSQL/GraphDB).
