We're seeking a pioneering Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to spearhead our cloud infrastructure efforts. This ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and is committed to scaling with the company.

Role Overview

This key role involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure for high availability and scalability. The successful candidate will establish and maintain robust infrastructure security controls, build CI/CD pipelines, and automate deployment workflows to boost developer productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on major platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Establish robust security controls, including IAM policies, secrets management, access controls, and monitoring.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows to enhance developer efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough vulnerability assessments and threat modeling to safeguard systems.
  • Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks for proactive issue resolution and observability.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into product development.
  • Drive compliance readiness through security automation and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or security engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with Terraform / Ansible / Kubernetes / Docker.
  • Familiarity with networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
  • Proficiency with monitoring & logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Strong knowledge of security fundamentals (encryption, IAM, vulnerability management).
  • Prior startup experience preferred – comfortable wearing multiple hats and driving outcomes independently.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to zero-trust architectures.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, GDPR).
  • Experience responding to security incidents in production environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, Go, etc.) for automation.
