About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager - Design to lead our team of designers in managing 12 to 15 projects per month, ensuring productivity and work output while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management and leadership roles. They will be responsible for training designers on technical details, managing/leading design discussions, and ensuring output meets our high standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Qualification in Interior Design or related field
  • Masters or Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management
