About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned Server-Side Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side application logic, database design, and building secure and efficient APIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and implement robust RESTful APIs using Node.js + Express.js
  • Develop and maintain server-side applications using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Laravel
  • Implement authentication and authorization systems to ensure data security
  • Design and manage database schemas using MongoDB Atlas or other databases with PostGRE SQL
  • Create efficient data models and database queries to optimize system performance
  • Develop blockchain-based certificate verification systems to enhance security
  • Implement server-side validation and security measures to prevent data breaches
  • Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance issues in real-time
  • Integrate third-party services and external APIs as needed
  • Document API endpoints and backend functionality for seamless collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Basic proficiency in one or more backend frameworks (Node.js/Express, Django, Flask, Laravel)
  • Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Ruby
  • Familiarity with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite, or NoSQL databases
  • Understanding of RESTful API design principles
  • Basic knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
  • Awareness of security concerns and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
