Job Role: Test Automation Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled test automation engineer who is proficient in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Pytest. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to build reliable test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated tests using Python + Selenium + Pytest.
  • Run tests across browsers and ensure CI/CD pipelines remain green.
  • Track bugs in JIRA and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
  • Utilize tools like TestRail/Zephyr for planning, tracking, and sharing test progress.
  • Participate in sprint planning and contribute ideas to enhance quality.

Required Skills:

  • 4-7 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Selenium WebDriver, and Pytest.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and test management tools (TestRail/Zephyr).
  • A good understanding of Agile/Scrum and software testing lifecycle.
  • Effective communication skills with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

  • API testing (Postman/REST Assured).
  • CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Performance testing (JMeter).
