Chief Corporate Document Coordinator

This role is responsible for preparing and coordinating various corporate documents, including Annual Reports, Directors' Report, Corporate Governance Report, BRSR Report, Notice of AGM, and E-voting facility.
- Prepare and file Quarterly/Half-Yearly/Annual Compliance of Stock Exchanges in relation to SEBI LODR, SEBI PIT Regulations, and SEBI (D&P Regulations).
- Coordinate with IR Agency, Registrar & Transfer Agent, and other stakeholders as required.
- Ensure handling of Investors grievances and compliances with SEBI.
- Prepare and coordinate end-to-end work required for Board Meeting, AGM, or EGM.
Responsibilities also include preparation and handling of documentation related to Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP), such as grant letters, vesting schedules, and exercise processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring insider trading, maintaining trading window records, and managing pre-clearance approvals for designated persons. Preparation of documents relating to declaration of dividend, such as board note, Stock exchange Intimation, Newspaper Publication, etc., will also be a part of this role.
The ideal candidate should possess strong computer operations skills, specifically MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT), and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Previous experience with a listed company is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 4-8 years of experience is expected for this position, with competitive salary offerings.
