We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Designer to join our team. A 3D Designer is responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior, exterior, and product design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create photorealistic visualizations using SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Coohom.
  • Develop and refine 2D layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements.
  • Presentation of creative concepts, mood boards, and 3D design solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in design outputs, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, rendering techniques, and software advancements.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience and be proficient in software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD (2D), Enscape, Vray, Lumion, 3ds max and Coohom.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as a 3D Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the following software: SketchUp, AutoCAD (2D), Enscape, 3ds max, Lumion, Coohom Software.
  • Strong visualization skills with attention to detail, lighting, textures, and materials.
  • Good understanding of architectural and interior design concepts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Please note that having knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with AR/VR tools and emerging visualization technologies would be beneficial but not required.
