Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Zoho expert to lead our technical team and drive the implementation of Zoho applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Zoho development, particularly in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and the Zoho One suite.

The successful professional will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing Zoho applications to meet business requirements. This includes developing custom functions, scripts, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting, as well as creating custom modules, fields, and reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing custom Zoho applications
  • Developing custom functions, scripts, and workflows using Deluge scripting
  • Creating custom modules, fields, and reports
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Buidling and maintaining API-based integrations between Zoho and third-party applications
  • Troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing for performance
  • Providing training and onboarding sessions for client teams
  • Maintaining proactive communication to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Zoho development experience
  • Expertise in Deluge Script and Zoho APIs
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and integration tools
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and XML
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for advanced customization
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles for technical solutioning and delivery
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convert business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Zoho Certified Developer certification is highly desirable, as is experience with various connectors like Zapier, Make, and n8n. Knowledge of database concepts and SQL is also essential.
