About the Role:

As an experienced Personal Assistant to a high-level Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day activities of this senior leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your administrative skills and experience to deliver exceptional support and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in executive administration, with a strong track record of calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. You will be responsible for responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the Executive, taking meeting notes, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also be expected to demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additionally, you will need to maintain confidentiality at all times and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
