Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. They will also work with different marketplaces to promote sales and partner with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Handle B2C and B2B customer queries, issues, concerns, feedback, and grievances over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Convert queries into orders
  • Coordinate with different marketplaces for promoting sales of the products
  • Partner with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients
  • Manage customers' queries in their preferred language (English or Hindi)
  • Communicate with a premium customer base efficiently
  • Understand the category of tableware and home décor quickly
  • Help customers with technical and billing-related queries
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure customer queries are resolved

 

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication (English and Hindi) and negotiation skills
  • Good work ethics and a calm attitude
  • Ability to manage escalations and queries efficiently
