Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a skilled QA Tester to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual functional testing of web and mobile applications to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure that defects are reported clearly, including steps to reproduce and an impact analysis.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients and stakeholders.

Performance Metrics

  • Defect Detection Rate: Achieve 95% or higher critical issue identification before release.
  • Defect Leakage: Maintain 5% or lower high-severity issues reported post-release.
  • Test Coverage: Validate 90% or higher of functional requirements per sprint.
  • Bug Closure Rate: Resolve 90% or higher of reported bugs within committed sprint.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in manual QA testing for SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Ability to write clear and structured test cases.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience testing AMS, LMS, e-commerce, or membership platforms.
  • Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools.
  • Exposure to WordPress, React/Next.js-based platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility and performance testing basics.
