Job Opportunity: Automation Expert

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work in the field of automation and instrumentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure optimum availability of equipment by performing regular maintenance tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and schedule maintenance.
  • Utilize expertise in plant automation systems, Siemens DCS-PCS7, S7-400, 300, Simatic Manager, TIA Portal, and SCADA-WinCC to ensure smooth operations.
  • Verify compliance with checklists on a regular basis for all equipment.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to procure necessary equipment spares.
  • Prepare zero budgets against business plans and past consumption data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to enhance productivity, maintenance efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Investigate equipment breakdowns and eliminate root causes to prevent future incidents.
  • Optimize manpower utilization through effective coordination with other teams.
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to facilitate daily activities.
  • Attend task force meetings and safety sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the project department to execute capital expenditure projects.
  • Coordinate with condition monitoring teams to schedule regular equipment health checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance history.
  • Evaluate the lifespan of equipment spares to ensure optimal usage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
