Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at Podar Education Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage financial transactions, including cash receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  2. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
  4. Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
  5. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate in commerce or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software, including Tally.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
