Job Title:

System Administrator Engineer with WFO Experience

A seasoned System Administrator Engineer with experience in Verint is required to design, build, deploy and configure WFO platforms in multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, deploy and configure WFO platforms in multiple environments.
  • Extract business requirements from clients through consultative ability.
  • Possess a strong command of WFO technologies, server components, desktop applications and telephony integrations.
  • Develop and review best practice implementation processes.
  • Work independently to meet deadlines.

Additional Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical resource for WFO Implementation tasks.
  • Train customers on WFO server maintenance and PC client loading.
  • Perform application upgrades on WFO servers.

Requirements:

  • Verint Work Force Optimization Certification.
  • Minimum 5 years technical experience with Windows and Active Directory system administration.
  • Strong experience with WFO, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU and Call Center practices.
  • Experience with JAVA Enterprise and frameworks, app servers like Tomcat, JBoss etc.
  • Experience with MS SQL database structure, administration, performance tuning and scripting.

Detailed Requirements:

  • WFO software installation, configuration and administration in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
  • Troubleshoot issues within WFO systems and consult on corrective measures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and network topology.
  • Knowledge of Linux OS's and associated technologies.
