Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect (Associate Director Level)

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive transformative SAP SuccessFactors programs for global enterprises. This role demands strategic leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions across industries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors, with extensive experience delivering global, multi-module, multi-location SuccessFactors programs in complex environments. A solid consulting background in SuccessFactors Advisory, Process Audits, and Best Practice Design is also essential.

This role involves driving solution design, documentation, and advisory presentations for global customers. The successful candidate will lead discovery workshops, strategy discussions, and design thinking sessions, while providing hands-on functional delivery and ensuring high-quality implementation.

A key aspect of this role is participating actively in pre-sales cycles, including RFP responses, estimations, and solution demos. Additionally, the candidate will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and provide AMS support as needed. Mentoring, training, and leading junior consultants, fostering talent growth within the team, is also a critical responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be a thought leader, contributing to industry events/webinars, publishing blogs, and whitepapers. Travel onsite for customer engagements may be required.
