Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage tax compliance and filings for clients.

Tax Compliance & Filings:

  • Our ideal candidate will prepare and file Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Final Tax Returns (Form C / Form C-S / Dormant Company Waivers).
  • Assist with applications for Certificate of Residence (COR)
  • Liaise with relevant authorities to address tax audits related to GST, income tax, and withholding tax

Regulatory Support:

  • Review corporate secretarial documents, including statutory registers and board resolutions
  • Provide end-to-end assistance with short-form amalgamation of companies in Singapore

Fund Advisory:

  • Analyze tax incentives for fund vehicles and assist clients in availing the same
  • Prepare annual declarations with MAS to maintain eligibility for tax incentives

Advisory Services:

  • Advise on international tax matters, corporate structuring, and business needs
  • Provide regulatory guidance on transactions such as share transfers and capital gains
