Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

The role of the Business Intelligence Specialist is to analyze data and present insights that inform business decisions. This position requires a strong foundation in statistical methods, data visualization tools, and communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in data analysis to join our Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data mining, data cleaning, and data transformation using various databases and analytical tools.

Duties include:

  • Formulating hypotheses and testing them using statistical models and proof-of-concept models.
  • Managing analytics projects from start to finish, including data sourcing, processing, and visualization.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design new data pipelines, create dashboards, and reports using data visualization software.
  • Communicating complex ideas and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant work experience in data analysis or master's degree in quantitative economics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SAS, as well as experience working in big data environments like AWS.
  • Familiarity with API integrations, customized applications, and databases such as SQL, MongoDB, QuickSight, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI.
