Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Indirect Tax Manager to lead our team in ensuring compliance with various indirect tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of taxation laws.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring compliance with respect to GST, VAT, CST, Entry Tax and Entertainment Tax
  • Closure of Indirect Tax Assessments of VAT, CST, Entry Tax and Entertainment Tax
  • Active Participation in GST Audit
  • Reply to Show Cause notices and attend hearings
  • Dealing with departments like Commercial Taxes, Entertainment Taxes and follow-up with Consultants
  • Stay updated on GST developments
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Quarterly return filling and license fee payment
  • AGR verification with DOT officers
  • Closure of AGR verifications
  • Timely renewal and enhancement of financial bank guarantees
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills
  • Liasioning capabilities with government departments
  • Understanding of MS office, Oracle
  • Analytical skills
  • Accounting and taxation knowledge
Qualification:

Qualified CA / LLB / MBA Finance
