About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked or Internet-related computer programs. You will interact with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications, participate in software design meetings, analyze user needs to determine technical requirements, write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements, write code, complete programming, perform testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies, complete documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance, train and communicate with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application, and may be responsible for developing or executing project plans, budgets, and schedules, and documenting work and results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need hands-on experience in C#, ASP.Net, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, Web Api/WebServices, knowledge on CI/CD using Azure pipeline, and good understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles, including waterfall and iterative approaches to software development. You will also need knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry, such as ISO, CMM, and Six Sigma, and banking practices, regulations, and operations within assigned lines of business. Additionally, you will need fluency in developing and understanding sequence diagrams, class models, etc., proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model-driven design-based tools and techniques, including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc., and outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
